Until Further Notice, Do Not Submit Requests For Non-OFRD Deployment Credit
OFRD has notified us that due to the fact that the Corps has not implemented a policy providing credit in (promotion) board reviews for deployment, they will not accept requests for credit for non-OFRD deployments. If this policy changes, we will notify you and you can once again submit requests for credit.
I apologize for any unnecessary work that our effort to obtain credit for our officers may have caused you. We will monitor the policies and practices in the Corps and will continue to do all that we can to obtain appropriate recognition and credit for the outstanding job you do on a daily basis to protect the health and safety of all Americans.
