Tuberculosis Patient Management Project
Stakeholders

of Tuberculosis Patient Management Project Stakeholders. Various
dots on the map represent the following stakeholders: Change Control
Board members, NTCA Joint Analysis Design Group members, sites to
which field visits were made, sites that have supplied test data,
the Project Team, and sites that have nominated applications.
A Change Control Board (CCB) was established to help facilitate
communication across key stakeholders and its members consists of
representation from:

- NTNCC (National TB Nurse Consultant Coalition) - Jamaica Plains,
MA
- ASTHO (Association of State & Territorial Health Officers),

- NTCA (National Tuberculosis Controllers Association) – Madison,
WI
The NTCA Joint Analysis Design Group consists of members from the

- Tallahassee, Florida
- Chicago, Illinois
- New Orleans, Louisiana
- Lansing, Michigan
- Santa Fe, New Mexico
