Tuberculosis Information Management

Tuberculosis Patient Management Project Stakeholders

This image is a map of the United States showing the locations of Tuberculosis Patient Management Project Stakeholders. Various dots on the map represent the following stakeholders: Change Control Board members, NTCA Joint Analysis Design Group members, sites to which field visits were made, sites that have supplied test data, the Project Team, and sites that have nominated applications.

A Change Control Board (CCB) was established to help facilitate communication across key stakeholders and its members consists of representation from:

  • CDC  – Atlanta, GA
  • Northrop Grumman – Atlanta, GA
  • SAIC – Atlanta, GA
  • NTNCC (National TB Nurse Consultant Coalition) - Jamaica Plains, MA
  • ASTHO (Association of State & Territorial Health Officers), NACCHO (National Association of County & City Health Officers), NTNCC (National TB Nurse Consultant Coalition) – Boston, MA
  • NTCA (National Tuberculosis Controllers Association) – Madison, WI

The NTCA Joint Analysis Design Group consists of members from the following cities:

  • San Diego, California
  • San Francisco, California
  • Denver, Colorado
  • Tallahassee, Florida
  • Chicago, Illinois
  • New Orleans, Louisiana
  • Lansing, Michigan
  • Santa Fe, New Mexico
  • New York, New York
  • Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
  • Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Austin, Texas
  • Madison, Wisconsin

Field visits were made to the following states:

  • Illinois
  • New Mexico

  • South Carolina
  • Texas
