7/30/2003: The calculation of the significance test in the Joinpoint
Regression Program was corrected. This changed a few non-significant annual percent changes (APCs) to
significant increases or decreases in CSR tables and figures.
9/4/2003: A second modification to the significance test in Joinpoint resulted in 2 tables and 1 figure reverting back to non-significant as published on 6/5/2003. |
