This report presents
data on fetal and perinatal mortality from the National Vital Statistics
System. Data are analyzed by maternal age, marital status, race, Hispanic
origin and state of residence; and by infant birthweight, gestational age,
plurality, and sex. Trends in fetal and perinatal mortality are also
examined.

centers in the United States during 2006. Data are presented by types of

of procedures and diagnoses are shown by age, and region. Based on data
collected by the 2006 National Survey of Ambulatory Surgery.

Data from the 2005 and 2006 National
Ambulatory Medical Care Survey looks at the important contributions of
office-based international medical graduates to the U.S. health care system,
particularly in serving underserved populations and practicing in primary
care shortage areas outside of urban areas.
