January 16, 2009

-Posted the October 22, 2009 Agenda for the Liability (including Self-Insurance), No-Fault and Workers' Compensation teleconference.

-Changed the March 25, 2009 teleconference to March 24, 2009, for Liability (including Self-Insurance), No-Fault and Workers' Compensation.

January 12, 2009

-Created the new "NGHP' section tab which will house the Liability (including Self-Insurance), No-Fault and Workers' Compensation Town Hall Teleconference written transcripts.

-Transferred the October 1 and October 29 Town hall Transcripts to the NGHP section tab.

-Added the December 11, 2008 Town Hall Transcript to the NGHP section tab.

-Added the January 8, 2009 Alert - Section 111 Reporting Involving Group Health Plan Small Employer Exception (SEE) Request Information document under the GHP section tab.

December 23, 2008

-Posted the Group Health Plan (GHP) User Guide on the GHP section page.

-Posted the Compliance Document For Group Health Plan Responsible Reporting Entities on the GHP section page.

-Posted the written and audio transcript from the Dec 3, 2008 teleconference for Group Health Plan (GHP) Responsible Reporting Entities (RRE) and Prospective GHP RRE's only. 

December 15, 2009

-NEW SECTION PAGE title "MMSEA 111 Computer Based Training (CBT)" - This page will contain all information relative to MMSEA 111 CBT.  Posted the Group Health Plan Curriculum and the Current Voluntary Data Sharing Agreement/Voluntary Data Exchange Agreement (VDSA/VDEA) Partners Curriculum in the "Downloads" section of the new section page.
