Instructions for searching the Program Transmittals list.  (It is recommended that you print these instructions before you continue.):

1. Scroll down this page to the "Related Links Inside CMS" section.
2. Click on the "Program Transmittals" link.
3. Select the year that you would like to search from the left-hand menu. (exp:  2005 Transmittals)
4. Type "OPPS" in the textbox for "Show items containing the following keywords".
5. Click on the "Refresh List" button to narrow down the list to items containing "OPPS".
