User Name:   hcfa.gov\your network user ID*

Password:     Your network password

Note: The character after hcfa.gov is a backslash.

If you are unable to login: If you are certain that you have entered all information correctly, and the login prompt continues to appear when you press "OK," there is most likely a problem with your HCFA.GOV Domain Account. To resolve this issue, please contact your CMS Access Administrator (formerly, RACF Administrator) and request a "HCFA.GOV Domain Account Reset." A list of CAAs is available at CAA list (formerly RACF Group Admins) (PDF, 111 KB).
