How to Order

Purchase the course
from the Public Health Foundation (PHF), a PHTN partner, by calling toll-free
877-252-1200. To order online, visit http://bookstore.phf.org/prod95.htm.
This packaged version of the course includes all ten separately-bound modules.
Cost $85.
- To view or print
individual modules and the Coordinator Guide from this website, click on the
title of the module you are interested in. Then click the "To View or Print"
link located on the left sidebar. This will display a pdf file.
- For each module, the approximate
maximum time to open the document into Acrobat Reader is given. (Once you click
to print or view the module, this is how long it may take it to appear on your
screen.) These times are estimated using a 28.8 baud modem. If you have any
problem printing or viewing the modules, please send an e-mail describing your
problem to: cathy_shoemaker@unc.edu
