About the Pomona Center
Educators find classroom resources at the NASA/JPL Educator Resource Center in Pomona, CA.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration and its Jet Propulsion Laboratory are committed to education formal and informal. Educators can get single copies of a variety of teaching materials produced by NASA/JPL from the JPL Educator Resource Center in Pomona, California. Materials can be obtained via written request or by visiting in person.

An educator information package of printed materials is free and includes (subject to supplies on hand) lithograph pictures, posters, brochures, videos, and booklets about NASA/JPL missions.

Hours of Operation

The Jet Propulsion Laboratory is adopting a new work schedule that will result in JPL reducing services on alternate Fridays and on occasional weekdays prior to some holidays. The Educator Resource Center will be adopting this schedule which will affect every other Friday, weekday hours and the once a month Saturday morning openings.

The ERC will still be offering all of our services but, as always, we advise a call in advance of a visit to avoid disappointment from special schedules or unanticipated closings.

Educator Resource Network
NASA Educator Resource Centers are located on or near NASA Field Centers, museums, colleges, or other nonprofit organizations. The ERCNs provide educators with inservice and preservice training, demonstrations, and access to NASA instructional products.

+ NASA Educator Resource Centers by State

Through the NASA Educator Resource Center Network (ERCN), NASA provides expertise and facilities to help educators access and utilize science, mathematics, and technology instructional products aligned with national standards and appropriate state frameworks and based on NASA's unique mission and results. The ERCN provides educators with demonstrations of educational technologies such as NASA Television, and the NASA Education Homepage. ERCs also provide inservice and preservice training utilizing NASA instructional products. Educators have the opportunity to preview, copy, and/or receive NASA instructional products.

The ERCN website provides access to a complete listing of all ERCs. Including those located on or near NASA Field Centers as well as those located at planetariums, museums, colleges, universities, and other non-profit organizations around the United States.
