Electronic Forms Codes

The format of each form/document is indicated as follows. Select the appropriate graphic icon next to the desired document title.

  • PDF Fillable Version Screen Fillable Adobe Acrobat (Use only with Adobe Reader 5.0 and above; the Adobe Reader is available free from Adobe.com)   If there is a problem opening an Adobe file through the internet browser, please try this: Using the RIGHT button on the mouse, click on the PDF/F icon and select "Save target as" from the resulting menu. Save the form file to a hard drive or a local network drive. Then open the file using Adobe Reader 5.0 or above. Using this method, avoids opening the file through the internet browser.

Information Worksheet
This online form is used by Finalists and Fellows (PMFs) to inform the PMF Program Office of changes to their personal contact information (e.g., name changes, home mailing address, phone numbers, and personal email address).

Job Fair Information for Class of 2008 Finalists
Class of 2008 Finalists can access information about the Job Fair including links, the Agenda, an Overview, and to RSVP for the event.

Projected Positions System (Finalists' Search)
This section is provided for the Class of 2006 Finalists to search for projected positions available by those participating agencies that posted positions. This information changes constantly. Please check regularly.

The Standard Forms below are the most popular forms used to conduct security checks or background investigations, which may be required for employment with a Federal Agency. Some agencies may require agency-specific forms; if this is the case, they will provide the specific form to you. The PMF Program Office is providing these forms solely as a means of preparing you for what may be required when extended a job offer (appointment) as a Finalist. Do not submit one of these forms unless requested to do so.

AGENCIES:

Attend the PMF Job Fair
The PMF Class of 2008 Finalists' Job Fair is scheduled for April 22-24, 2008, at the Washington Convention Center, in Washington, DC.  Agencies can meet and interview Finalists available for hire.  This section contains an Agency Job Fair Overview, Agency Job Fair Participation Form, Job Fair Agenda, Agency Job Fair Booth Assignments, Agency Job Fair Shipping and Move-Out Instructions, Convention Center Floor Plans, and an Exhibit Hall Floor Plan.

Post Your Positions
The Projected Positions System (PPS) is an online system that allows agencies to advertise their positions for potential PMF appointments.  Instructions to use this system are included, and new users can gain access to it through their Agency PMF Coordinator or the PMF Program Office.  Positions will be posted for the current class, and old postings will be deleted prior to the next Job Fair.

Review Finalist Resumes
This searchable online resume bank can be sorted by Finalist’ name, graduate/undergraduate degree, veterans' preference, citizenship, foreign language, and geographic employment preference.  Supervisors and Hiring Officials can gain access to search, view, and print resumes through their Agency PMF Coordinator.  Finalists are available all year, although the pool of candidates changes just prior to the PMF Job Fair.

Add Users To Post PMF Positions
This online form allows Agency PMF Coordinators to grant agency user’s access to the Projected Positions System (PPS) in order to add, edit, or delete projected positions.

Add Users To Review Finalists for Hire
This online form allows Agency PMF Coordinators to grant agency user's access to the Finalists' online resumes for the current year.

Update Information about Fellows
This online form is used by Agency PMF Coordinators to submit Finalist' appointments, employment contact information, and Entry on Duty (EOD) start date.

Update Your Agency PMF Coordinator Information
This online form is used by Agency PMF Coordinators to update their contact information.  Upon submission, contact information will be instantly updated and appear on the online list of Agency PMF Coordinators.
