The House Page Program offers a unique opportunity for junior and senior high school students to learn about Congress and the legislative process. Pages, who are paid a monthly salary and live at the supervised Page Residence Hall near the Capitol, serve in either a summer session or a school-year semester session. When serving as a school-year Page, students also attend the House Page School to continue their academic studies. For more information about the program, click here.
Members of Congress get to appoint pages on a rotating basis. Therefore, Bart has the opportunity to occasionally appoint a high school student from Middle Tennessee to be a page.
Due to this rotating system in the House, Bart is unable to recommend a page at this time. However, if you are interested in a future appointment, please contact Bart’s office at (202)-225-4231 and his staff will keep your request on file.
