        DISK5ASC.ZIP    12,706 bytes

        Unzip DISK5ASC.ZIP and issue the following ARCE command to obtain
        the USER'S GUIDE on how to use the data.  Depending on your area 
        of interest, you may not need to unzip all files.  
        
        NOTE: The documentation refers to the data as though it were 
        on floppy diskettes.
