I think the proposed change makes sense. It allows technology to help struggling business deal with increased costs in existing customer communications. I think every company has a right to speak to their clients. They have a relationship and to limit their interaction to mail and or live operator costs is extreme and will result in us job loss due to high overhead. The TSR has good intentions, but its missing these elements. Therefore it should give businesses an opportunity to communicate with existing relationships. Sincerely, Brad Beebe
