At home I don't have to pay for these phone calls, and I can also hang up. But on my Celullar phone I have to pay which if I wanted them to call I wouldn't put my phone numbers on the don't call list. If we want something to buy we go and do so. We don't need someone calls and trying to sell us something. We get enough info on TV, Newspapers and Radio. Why should we pay for them to call us. If we are on the Don't Call List then they shouldn't be able to call us , weather its our Home or Celullar Phone. If people aren't on the list , then they can call them. Please don't let this go into effect. Thanks
