I am opposed to allowing any messages, including pre-recorded, to be sent to any of my phones or other communication devices. I signed with the "Do Not Call" registry because I do not want to be bothered with this form of advertising. As a citizen of the USA, I petition the FTC to not, repeat not, approve the amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow an amendment to allow additional "safe harbors" for these annoying practices.
