I am adamantly opposed to this proposed ammendment. Reasons given in link below (San Francisco Chronicle Artricle) http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/2004/12/05/BUG78A6G9U1.DTL I don't want these telemarketing scum calling me for any reason whatever. I also want to take this opportunity to express my opposition to the loopholes you've given politicians, banks and charities. They're all the same and have no business bothering me to hawk whatever it is they're selling.
