I strongly object to allowing telemarking companies or any third parties access to my cell phone number. I am liable for any and all calls made to my cell and the cost of it's use are born solely by me. A third party company infringing on my right to privacy is not acceptable. A third party company causing me to spend money to support their business practices is not acceptable. What the FTC is asking me to do is to support some company selling it's products. This proposal is nothing more than an endorsement of unsolicited messages that the Do Not Call Registry, which is hugely popular in the United States, was intendend to curb. Please do not open this loophole up. Thank you for your attention. Robert W Billideau
