I do not pay for my phone service to be contacted unsolicited by someone trying to sell me an item I do not want, or to donate to a charity that I do support. I find it an invasion of my right to privacy in my home to be contacted by telemarketers, whether I have dealt with them or some agency hired by them. If I want to buy or donate to some agency I will contact them. Please do not loosen the current 'do not call' requirements. If anything strengthen them to allow me enjoy my home without unsolicited phone calls from telemarketers.
