This is precisely the kind of call that I signed up to AVOID. Does this provision serve the public who will be receiving such calls? It seems to benefit only the caller, and those, as we have already discussed at length, are the people whom the do-not-call list is intended to regulate and restrict. No, thank you. Let's leave things the way they are.
