Dear FTC: I am appalled that you would even consider modifying the Telemarketing Sales Rule to "create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls". There is no way that this rule will not be abused to deliver unwanted automated messages. In fact, I consider automated messages to be worse than when live humans telemarket me, since then I cannot talk back and tell them to remove from their phone list.
