I have signed up for the Do Not Call list, with both my land line and my cell phone, for a very good reason: to stop telemarketer calls. There is nothing that any telemarketer has to sell or give that makes it worth my time to listen to him/her. I find it even more annoying if it's a recorded announcement. I particularly do not want this happening on my cell phone. It makes absolutely no difference to me whether or not the telemarketer thinks he has an "existing business relationship" with me or not. What part of Do Not Call do you not understand?
