I think it would be a hugh mistake to modify this law to allow pre-recorded calls. It is going to be very difficult to track the percentage of calls that are automated versus live ones and it will probably be more difficlut to request those calls to stop. With a human on the line, you can cut him/her off and request not to be called again. That won't be possible with a recording. It is not right to have to sit through an entire solicitation before being given the option of not hearing it. If someone is on the 'no call' list it should me NO CALLS from anyone or anything! It is bad enough having people interrupting American citizens during their private time at home with their families, but letting machines do it is even worse. Please do not let this happen!
