I am very much against letting telemarketers leave pre-recorded messages on my telephone. Since the do not call list has been in effect, I can go all day without my telephone ringing. I do not want to be disturbed with the interruption of a phone ringing and I really don't want to have to listen to my voice mail and delete messages -- just deleting multiple messages is time consuming.
