I think opening up the Do Not Call registry to allow companies to send pre-recorded marketing messages negates the purpose up the list. Companies will not hesitate to record their marketing messages instead of having actual people call. In the end it will save the companies money to pre-record marketing calls then to have to pay people to make the calls. It should not be considered for the FTC to open the Do Not Call registry to companies that will pre-record their marketing phone message.
