Any consideration to adopt the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship is an insult to any and all of us that supported the implementation of the government sponsored no-call list. What do you not understand in no-call? I know politicians are paid to figure out how to place loop holes for those that line their pockets with kickbacks but this is ridiculous.
