I was very disturbed to learn about the Do Not Call loophole intended to allow prerecorded messages to be sent to unwilling ears. The do not call function was designed exactly to counter automated telemarketing, now this is going to render it active again. I was finally at peace with my phone when I enrolled in the Do Not Call register, plus adding an effective Telezapper, human telemarketers were stopped by my voice message. I think most people hate to be disturbed, this is an infringement on my privacy. I hope it is stopped from being implemented. This is how I feel about it.
