Comments:

The proposed regulatory changes do NOT serve consumers. By finally getting the do not call list, we have made major strides in privatizing our phones, our homes, and our time. To have a marketer who has had contact with us any time in the last 18 months interrupt family life is bad enough, but then to allow them to do it with electronic messages is horrible. Better to allow CONSUMERS the option of putting their phone numbers on a list and asking for the companies to supply them with information. It's time that business be told that their interests are secondary to those of the public.
