I do not think it fair for the person paying for air time to have their minutes wasted on telemarketing calls. My provider also charges by the minute to listen to voicemail, so I dont't want messages left. Being a parent of a son soon to go off to college, I'd be tempted to accept unwanted calls and listen to voicemail calls because it could be related to my son. I have experience such calls already. It is a waste of my time and air time! Why create the do not call list and then subject people to the same thing all over again. The calls were a real bother then and now they will become a costly bother! I vote no to telemarketers having access to cell phone users phone number!!!
