I was recently solicted by Dial-America as one of those individuals with an established business relationship because I had purchased a Wa;;-eye magazine from them. I informed them to remove them from their listing citing the fact I was on the do-not-call list. I do not agree that these firms have the right to contact me for any reason, unless I contact them first, that is why I signed up for the do-not-call list. I do not want these firms sending me unsoilicted pre-recorded messages selling their goods. I want the integrity of the current law to remain intact. The loophole they want to exploit needs to be closed permanently. V/r Stanley Potera
