I heard that the FTC is considering making pre-recorded phone calls exempt from the do-not-call list when there is some kind of existing business relationship. I am *opposed* to this horrible change in the rules: "existing business relationship" is often defined very loosely, and I don't want *anyone* bombarding me with annoying pre-recorded phone calls, especially from those whom I have an "existing business relationship" with. Please do not enact this change.
