Please do not open the do not call list for pre-recorded messages from private companies. I still get enough unsolicited phone marketing from just non-profit organizations. If your agency opens the door to pre-recorded messages from private companies they will stretch the guidelines past where you intend and there will be practically no accountability to deal with abuse. I pay for my phone line. It is for private use only. My phone is not an inalienable right, so free speech issues do not apply when the peace of my home is threatened with unwanted and unsolicited calls. Thank you, Chris Pierce
