I myself am a marketer, professionally. I find that the proposed new amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule would be an invasion of privacy -- mine and other people's! The ability now to register on the DO NOT CALL list is my chance to take action and request an opt out of the practice of selling my name and calling my home. I work for Kodak and as all top tier marketing organizations, we allow people to opt out and we honor their requests. Likewise, I want this and believe this to be part of a freedom of our country. Endless undesired phone calls to the home against our wills is not only an intrusion, but ultimately will be worthless to the enterprise as well. Please maintain and honor the DO NOT CALL abilty. Thank you!
