I do not care with whom I do business, I never want a call from them, ever. Furthermore, I do not wish to be drawn to what may be a legitimate phone call only to be left hanging by the delay of an automated telemarketing call. Even if there were no delay, I would still hang up. I refuse to listen to pre-recorded phone calls, as I know they are trying to sell me something. Do not allow these companies to get around the rules set forth, force them to respect the fact that millions of people have added their names to the Do Not Call list for a reason--THEY DO NOT WANT CALLS--OF ANY KIND.
