As a consumer who both shops online a good deal and values my privacy, I am concerned about this new loophole. I do not expect nor want a company I did business with to contact me with telemarketing calls -- the only relevant calls should concern the status of my order. Purchasing one or two items from a company does not mean I wish to hear of future promotions and should not necessitate a loophole in this regulation. When I signed up for the Do Not Call registry, I meant do not call! Thank you for considering my opinion.
