I receive many many spam e-mails with the exact message but from a different name. This must be a flaw. Suggest you reward "tipsters" with a portion of the assesed fine. I have never purchased or responded to any sort of commercial e-mail solicitation. However, there must be a significant number of "suckers" out there or spam would not be so prevelant.
