Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008To the Commissioners,I am concerned about the proposed requirement for merchants to maintain suppression lists.Part of the problem is that if someone is on your list, askes to be removed and then starts getting email from another source they are going to think that you sold their address.Also, if some wants to be removed from a list they are not asking you to share their information with other companies.I know that you will do the right thing.
