JPL Image Release

You have requested the right to use the following Image(s) for commercial use:

that are in the possession of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, an operating division of the California Institute of Technology ("Caltech"). Caltech will release its rights in the Image on the following conditions. If these terms are agreeable to you, please sign and return this document as directed above.

Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Caltech releases all rights that it may have in the Images to you for your commercial purpose.
2. Caltech makes no representations or warranties with respect to ownership of copyrights in the Images, and does not represent others who may claim to be authors or owners of copyright of any of the Images.
3. Caltech makes no warranties as to the quality of the Images. You agree that the Images are provided without a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty, express or implied, and without any representation or warranty that the use of the images will not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or other right. Caltech shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from the use of the Images, and you release and hold Caltech harmless from all liability arising from such use.
4. Please use the credit "Courtesy of NASA/JPL/Caltech".
5. Endorsement of any product or service by Caltech, JPL or NASA must not be claimed or implied.
