The Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s
Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards will hold a public meeting March 4
- 6 in Rockville, Md. The committee will discuss, among other items, license
renewal applications for the H.B. Robinson and V.C. Summer nuclear plants and
a review of the AP1000 advanced nuclear reactor design.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held in Room T-2B3 of the agency’s Two White Flint North building, at 11545 Rockville Pike. A portion of the AP1000 discussion, scheduled from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on March 4, may be closed to discuss proprietary information. The meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day.
