>technical college Dean of Instruction, a faculty member at Auburn

>industry. He is a member of the Arkansas Workforce Investment Board, the

>Arkansas Business and Education Alliance, and is vice-chair of the

>Commission of the Council on Occupational Education.

>Myrtle Mitchell has twenty-six years as an educational administrator in

>the Washington State Community and Technical College System, including 22

>years as Executive Dean of Instruction for Workforce Education, Seattle

>Central Community College. She also has twenty years experience in health

>care and health care administration as a Registered Nurse and as Executive

>Director of a community-based health care corporation. She is Vice

>President for Communications of the National Council for Workforce

>Education. She earned her Ph.D. in Urban Planning Policy Administration at
