Sears joins Moore's DC staff

District staffer to serve as Executive Assistant in Washington office

(WASHINGTON, DC) – Congressman Dennis Moore (Third District – Kansas) announced Wednesday that Glen Sears has joined his Washington, D.C., office.

“My staff is made up of very talented and dedicated people,” Moore said. “I am grateful that Glen has accepted this new responsibility and will continue his service to the people of Kansas.”

Sears moves to the D.C. office to work as Executive Assistant and Office Manager after serving as Staff Assistant in Moore’s Overland Park office. He is responsible for scheduling meetings with the Congressman for Kansans wishing to meet with Dennis in Washington.

“It’s an honor to work with Congressman Moore and the entire Moore team,” Sears said. “I’m excited about taking on these new responsibilities and look forward to continuing my work as a part of the D.C. staff.”

Sears, son of Gary and Shirley Sears, Olathe, KS, is a 1997 graduate of Olathe South High School and received degrees in political science and economics from the University of Kansas in 2003.
