| The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) was landmark legislation that provides millions of Americans fundamental protections during family or medical emergencies. I was very proud to support this historic legislation when it was first enacted, but I feel that we must continue to build on the successes of this law. That is why I have introduced the Family and Medical Leave Enhancement Act and the Family and Medical Leave Inclusion Act.
