Our Study Project Managers manage and facilitate multidisciplinary water resource planning and environmental compliance teams. Services provided include needs and key issue identification, alternative formulation, scoping, scheduling, staffing. Managers include:

• Activity managers

• Matrix team management
• Multidisciplinary team management
• Project management
• Decision process facilitation

Doing it:

Construction Management Group (86-68160)
Our Construction Project Managers are accomplished in the day-to-day management of small and large multi-purpose design and construction projects.  We have demonstrated ability in the management and motivation of all sizes of multi-disciplined teams.  Our Project Managers have experience in managing projects designed by our in-house design staff and by Architect/Engineer consultants.  We can provide services to:

• Develop detailed workplans, budgets and schedules
• Monitor work progress and expenditures
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate interface between client and team
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution
