Doing Business with the TSC

The TSC philosophy is customer focused for fast, flexible, and friendly services.

TSC services are provided to customers as requested on a job-by-job basis.

Customers fund the TSC through service agreements. TSC receives virtually no direct appropriation funding.

The TSC operates as a business, and uses a billable rate fee structure to fully recover its operating costs.

 

Hiring the TSC is Fast and Simple . . .

You can either:

We will work with you to create a TSC Service Agreement based on the scope of work, schedule, and estimated cost to provide the technical services you need. Once you have signed the Service Agreemnent, we can start work immediately.

If you are an internal Reclamation customer, we can work with an 18­digit Reclamation account number. Contact a client liaison.

If you are with another Federal agency, work with your local procurement office to develop an interagency agreement that obligates funding to perform the work you need. Gay Ann Martinez, 303-445-3006, our client liaison for non-Reclamation customers can help, if needed.

If you are a non-Federal customer and we have authority to work with you, we will develop an agreement and means of receiving payment (usually in advance or via credit card). Gay Ann Martinez, our client liaison for non-Reclamation customers can help, if needed.
