| Description |
PAC-PRD develops a uniform assessment instrument for acute hospitals and four PAC settings. Analysis topics are payment recommendations, discharge patterns, and patient outcomes. In 2007 it will develop data collection tools and recruit participants. Recruitment will be based on market analyses, the need for a representative sample, and provider volunteers. Data collection will begin in 2008. The demonstration is scheduled to conclude three years after the start of data collection. |
