Congressman Aderholt Reaction to New Jobs in Decatur
06/14/06WASHINGTON, DC -- Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-Haleyville) today offered the following statement in reaction to the announcement that Nucor Corporation would begin construction on a sheet steel galvanizing facility in Decatur:
“Today’s announcement by Nucor Corporation is a real boost for North Alabama. That these high paying quality jobs are coming to Decatur is testament to the work ethic and skills of the workers who call this area home. With the hard work and cooperation of company, local, state and federal officials, we are able to celebrate these new jobs and the improvement they will bring to Decatur’s quality of life.”
