Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting System
|
The Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting system was developed by HUD’s Office of Community Planning and Development for the Disaster Recovery CDBG program and other special appropriations. Data from the system is used by HUD staff to review activities funded under these programs and for required quarterly reports to Congress.
The system was developed for grantees to identify activities funded under their Action Plans and Amendments along with budgets and performance goals for those activities. Once an Action Plan is submitted and approved, grantees can submit quarterly reports summarizing obligation, expenditures, drawdowns, and accomplishments for all their activities.
SYSTEM UPDATE: A new version of DRGR will be released on Jan. 5, 2008 that includes a drawdown module. Any DRGR accounts that need to be modified to allow users to request or approve draws need to contact have their supervisors email their field office and DRGR_Help@hud.gov to update their account. - Request a DRGR Account
New Field Office Users: Send an email message to DRGR_Help@hud.gov requesting DRGR access. Include the following in the message:
- Full name
- "H" number
- Field Office
- Address
- Phone number with extension
- Fax number
- Email address
- Last 6 digits of your social security number
New Grantee Users: Send an email message to your field office requesting DRGR access. Field staff will review the request for accuracy and completeness and forward it to Send an email message to DRGR_Help@hud.gov. The grantee will include the following in the message:
- Full name of user
- Grantee Name
- Address
- Phone number with extension
- Fax number
- Email address
- Whether you will be the primary DRGR system administrator for your community
- Whether you are authorized to request or to approve drawdowns
- Last 6 digits of your social security number
- Forgot DRGR Username or Password: If you forgot your username or password please send an email message to DRGR_Help@hud.gov with the Subject Line: ‘Please Reset DRGR Password’. Please include your name, USER ID and describe any other system issues you may have in the body of the email.
