           At http://www.harmonhall.com/welcome.html you can learn how
English is studied and learned in Mexico.  Also at
http://www.inglessinbarreras.com/ is another program for esl.  Public
schools use the program here for parent training.  Disney also
advertises an English language learning program often on tv in Mexico.
It seems to be for children.
