No family "has to" enter this country, Sylvan,  they "want to".    Jillian
is right,  we do not have the room to accept everybody. We just don't have
enough resources  for ALL . This is why we have immigration laws  which
aren't not being respected or inforced properly. We, as a country, cannot
save the whole world.
