I am a librarian as well as an ESOL teacher. The HIndi-English dictionary I 
have in my library is published by Hippocrene Books,Inc.
171 Madison Ave. New York city-10016. Tel. is 212-685-4371 and the e-mail is 
hippocre@ix.netcom.com. The ISBN for book is 0-7818-0084-6.  Hope this is
